Responsibilities and Duties:

• Curriculum Delivery: Effectively teach and engage students according to the CBSE curriculum standards.


• Lesson Planning: Prepare and implement well-structured lesson plans that cater to various learning styles.


• Assessment & Evaluation: Design and conduct assessments, provide timely feedback, and work on academic improvement strategies.


• Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and disciplined learning environment.


• Professional Development: Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance teaching skills.


• Mentoring & Guidance: Provide academic and personal guidance to students, encouraging critical thinking and creativity.


• Collaborative Work: Work with fellow educators to continuously improve teaching practices.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Postgraduate degree in the relevant subject along with a B.Ed. or equivalent qualification.


• Prior teaching experience at the PGT level (preferred but not mandatory).


• Excellent communication skills, subject knowledge, and classroom management abilities.


• Passion for teaching and contributing to students’ growth.

Multiple positions available across various subjects (Mathematics, English, Humanities, etc.).

Working Conditions:

• Location: Khargone, Madhya Pradesh (candidates should be willing to relocate).
