Position Summary Overview

1. The position requires post-graduation preferably with SET / NET having a minimum of two to three years of teaching experience. 



2. Medium of Teaching in English



3. Teaching for secondary and higher secondary standards



4. Requires special coaching for preparation of competitive examinations JEE / NEET / CET

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities



1. Lesson Planning: Plan and prepare engaging lessons for secondary and higher secondary standard students, aligned with the curriculum and learning objectives.



2. Teaching and Instruction: Deliver lessons, demonstrate experiments, and provide guidance to students during practical sessions.



3. Assessment and Evaluation: Assess student performance, evaluate their understanding, and provide constructive feedback to improve their learning outcomes.



4. Practical Sessions: Conduct practical sessions, demonstrations, and experiments to illustrate scientific concepts and principles.



5. Student Support: Provide individualized support to students, addressing their queries, and helping them overcome learning difficulties.



Specific Responsibilities



1. Subject Expertise: Teach specific subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics depending upon the teacher's specialization.



2. Curriculum Implementation: Implement the Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics curriculum, ensuring coverage of all topics and learning objectives.



3. Experimentation and Investigation: Design and conduct experiments, investigations, and projects to develop students' scientific skills and knowledge.



4. Scientific Literacy: Foster scientific literacy among students, encouraging critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.



5. Preparation for Board Exams, and Entrance Examinations: Prepare students for Class X board exams and entrance examinations ensuring they meet the required standards and are well-versed in the exam format and content.



General Responsibilities



1. Classroom Management: Maintain a conducive learning environment, ensuring discipline and minimizing disruptions.



2. Communication with Parents: Keep parents informed about their child's progress, attending parent-teacher meetings, and providing regular updates.



3. Collaboration with Colleagues: Work with fellow teachers to develop and implement curriculum plans, share resources, and support student learning.



4. Professional Development: Engage in ongoing professional development, staying updated on best practices, and enhancing teaching skills and subject knowledge
