School Relationship Manager – Asaadharan Foundation

Key Responsibilities:

Duties and Responsibilities

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:




  • SCHOOL RESPONSIBILITIES:





  1. Design Experiences: Brainstorm with the program team to bring structures and best practices in school. Amplify these best practices to internal partners like School principals, teachers, School leaders and Fellows.




  2. Mentor to Teachers: Serve as a mentor, brainstorming classroom strategies, conducting school and classroom visits, and offering need-based learning experiences to teachers and fellows.  Support Fellows in implementing school clubs.




  3. Monitor and Evaluate: Oversee program outcomes and activities at school, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Consistently track, analyze and interpret data to problem-solve on issues related to schools and communities and unearth weaknesses and problems, and root causes behind them.




  4. Accountability: Set and track periodic accountability measures for both yourself and the teachers. 




  5. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of school activities and progress.




  6. School management: work with the government school teachers and principals and Asaadharan school leader towards transforming the government school. Network with different organizations to tackle school, student, and community-related issues.




  7. Student Leadership and Excellence: Focus on achieving excellence for the children and driving student leadership in school.

Collaborate with Edu-leaders (fellows) and teachers to organize parent-teacher meetings; identify parent champions and support them in engaging the parent community on critical ed-related issues




  5. Capacity Building: Identify training needs and co-work with the program team to support school teachers in strengthening their skills.

Other Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:





  1. Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Education, Development, or related field.




  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in program management, preferably in the education sector.




  3. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.




  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.




  5. Pro at using Google tools and online platforms.




  6. Proficiency in English, Hindi (MUST) and Gujarati (preferred).
