Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Counselor to join our Preschool & Daycare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling admission inquiries and guiding parents through the preschool and daycare programs, addressing their concerns, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. The counselor will play a key role in building relationships with parents and fostering a nurturing environment for children.

Key Responsibilities:

? Admission Counseling: Handle inquiries, provide information about the preschool and daycare programs, and assist parents in the admission process.

? Parental Guidance: Address parents' concerns regarding early childhood education, daycare facilities, safety, and curriculum.

? Follow-ups & conversions: Regularly follow up with potential admissions to enhance the conversion ratio.

? Orientation & Onboarding: Assist new parents and children in adjusting to the preschool and daycare environment.

? Communication Management: Maintain regular communication with parents regarding their child’s progress, activities, and overall well-being.

? Event Participation: coordinate and support school events, open houses, and parent engagement programs.

? Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of inquiries, enrollments, and parent interactions.

? Collaborate with Staff: Work closely with teachers and caregivers to understand children’s needs and communicate them effectively to parents.

? Marketing Support: Contribute to marketing efforts by promoting the preschool and daycare through various channels, including social media, making Reels, clicking good pictures, referrals, and community outreach.Qualifications & Skills:

? A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to connect with children and parents effectively.? Experience in admissions counseling, parent engagement, or a similar role in education is added advantage.

? Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

? Ability to handle concerns and queries with patience and professionalism.

? Knowledge of child development and early childhood education is a plus.

? Proficiency in making Reels and good eye in making videos, pictures and editing.

? Fluency in English and Hindi.
