Position Summary Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Admission Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a passion for education and a deep understanding of the UPSC and MPSC examination processes. The role involves driving admissions through effective counseling, relationship management, and targeted sales strategies.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Sales Counseling: Engage with prospective students and parents to understand their educational needs and career goals, providing tailored information about our UPSC and MPSC coaching programs.

  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively follow up with leads generated through various channels, convert inquiries into admissions, and meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Enrollment Process Management: Assist students through the entire admission process, ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry to final enrollment.

  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and educational partners to foster trust and encourage referrals.

  • Event Representation: Represent The Prayas India at educational fairs, webinars, and other promotional events to increase visibility and attract potential students.

  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospective students using CRM tools, and provide regular reports on sales activities and outcomes.

  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
