Principal – CISCE School



As the Principal of a CISCE-affiliated school, you will serve as the academic and administrative head, driving the institution toward educational excellence in line with the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) standards.



In this leadership role, you will set the strategic vision for the school, fostering a culture of innovation, discipline, and collaboration. Key Responsibilities:




  • Provide strategic leadership to meet and exceed CISCE standards.

  • Oversee curriculum planning, innovative teaching practices, and student assessments for Classes PG to 12th.

  • Establish effective communication with parents, students, staff, and governing bodies.

  • Promote holistic development through a blend of academic, co-curricular, and extracurricular programs.

  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment.



Qualifications:




  • Master’s degree (preferably in English).

  • B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a reputed English-medium school, including at least 5 years in a leadership position.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of CISCE curriculum standards and educational regulations.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
