Working Hours: 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM  

Location: Dombivli (East)



Job Description:



We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administration Staff member to oversee the day-to-day operations of our coaching class. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth functioning, and supporting the students and faculty.



Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily class schedules, ensuring proper coordination between teachers and students.

- Maintain student attendance records and ensure timely updates in the system.

- Handle student inquiries and provide information about classes, schedules, and activities.

- Coordinate with teaching staff to ensure smooth conduct of classes and address any operational issues.

- Assist with admissions, maintaining student files, and managing fee payments.

- Communicate with parents regarding student performance, upcoming events, and important announcements.

- Organize and manage events, examinations, and meetings within the coaching class.

- Ensure all office supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning properly.

- Handle any administrative tasks or issues that arise, ensuring the coaching class runs smoothly.

- Assist in managing social media and online presence to promote the class and its activities.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of administrative systems.

- Ability to handle student and parent queries with patience and professionalism.

- A proactive approach to problem-solving.



Qualifications:

- Minimum of a high school diploma; additional qualifications in administration or related fields are a plus.

- Prior experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational setting, is desirable.
