Job Title: Center Head/Manager

Job Description: In this role, you will be part of the company, wherein you will be

independently managing the given branch. You would be responsible for generating revenue and

enrollments, thereby managing the centre operations, marketing and service operations. This role

would be key in growing the business from the ground up & you'll be a key member of the

team which would be responsible for the growth of the business.




  • Job Type: Full Time 

  • Job Timings : 10 A M to 8:30 P M ( Timings can be made flexible )

  • Salary: Rs. 30,000 - Rs. 40,000

JOB SUMMARY:

• Centre head is responsible for managing business from a specific location and is responsible

for overall Sales, Marketing, Service and Operations of the center/branch.

• Will be responsible for meeting the revenue & enrolment targets for the branches

• Planning & implementing marketing activities in the location with the help of a corporate

marketing team

• Devising a Go-To-Market strategy, for the given geographies keeping the local intelligence of

the market. Understanding the key dynamics and planning the product and academics

placement accordingly.

• Developing long-term value relationships with high potential teachers, students and parents

as and when necessary.Managing a team of teaching and non-teaching staff.

• Addressing and resolving the grievance as soon as it escalates.
