  • Master's degree in Educational Leadership or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of successful teaching experience.

  • Strong computer literacy skills to integrate technology effectively in education.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with staff, parents, and the community.

  • Ability to set high expectations and motivate staff to achieve them.

  • Commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and student-centered learning environment.

  • Knowledge of current educational trends and best practices.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:




  • Leadership and Vision:


    • Develop and implement a strategic plan to improve student learning outcomes.

    • Set high expectations for academic achievement and school culture.

    • Motivate, inspire, and empower teachers and staff to provide high-quality instruction.

    • Foster a collaborative and inclusive school environment.

    • Represent the school at community events and meetings.



  • Instructional Leadership:

    • Oversee the development and implementation of a rigorous curriculum aligned with state standards.

    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of instructional programs.

    • Provide instructional coaching and support to teachers.

    • Facilitate professional development opportunities for staff.

    • Ensure the effective use of technology to support learning.



  • Student Success:

    • Track student progress and identify areas for improvement.

    • Develop and implement interventions to support struggling students.

    • Celebrate student achievements and promote a growth mindset.

    • Ensure a safe and orderly learning environment.

    • Manage student discipline in a fair and consistent manner.



  • Human Resources:

    • Recruit, hire, and evaluate qualified teachers and staff.

    • Develop and maintain positive relationships with staff.

    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.

    • Oversee professional development opportunities for staff.



  • Operations and Budget Management:

    • Develop and manage the school budget.

    • Ensure efficient and effective use of school resources.

    • Oversee the maintenance and safety of school facilities.

    • Supervise non-instructional staff.

    • Manage the school calendar and schedule.



  • Communication and Community Relations:

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and guardians.

    • Communicate effectively with students, staff, and the community.

    • Promote the school's mission and vision.

    • Foster positive partnerships with community organizations.

    • Manage and respond to public inquiries and concerns.
